Norwegian Salmon: Why it is one of the healthiest and most sustainable fish
For thousands of years, Norwegians have lived in harmony with nature. This has enabled them to preserve and innovate within their habitat. In the cold, pristine waters of Norway, salmon grows slowly, developing optimal flavor and texture. Furthermore, it is rich in essential nutrients, Omega-3, Vitamins D, B12, and A, as well as Selenium, Iodine, and antioxidants. Omega-3 delivers substantial benefits for brain and cardiovascular health. A single salmon meal provides the recommended weekly intake of Omega-3. Norwegian Salmon is raised free of antibiotics, utilizing specific vaccines to maintain the optimal health of growing fish. The carbon footprint of salmon farming is just 0.6 compared to 5.9 for meat products—a 10-fold reduction in CO2 footprint. Moreover, virtually the entire salmon is utilized, minimizing waste. Salmon feed is rich in premium ingredients

Terranova Fresh Fish, Packaged in Protective Atmosphere
When consumers think of fresh fish, it is conventionally associated with loose, counter-service purchasing. However, a superior alternative exists with substantial operational advantages: value-added, ready-to-cook fresh fish. The packaging engineered for these products maintains peak freshness and optimal conditions for significantly longer than counter-purchased fish, which must typically be consumed or frozen within a maximum of 48 hours. Sourcing pre-packaged fresh fish in sealed trays guarantees extended, controlled hygiene standards. What does a protective atmosphere entail? It involves modifying the internal gas composition in contact with the product. Applying a protective atmosphere minimizes oxygen concentration while increasing complementary gases, such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide, effectively inhibiting the proliferation of spoilage microorganisms at refrigeration temperatures.

The term cephalopod derives from the Greek roots for "head" and "foot," describing their distinctive anatomy wherein the arms extend directly from one side of the head while the "trunk"—the muscular, sack-like mantle—occupies the other. Cephalopods represent some of the earliest apex predators in primordial oceans. They appeared over 500 million years ago, long preceding modern fish, evolving from an ancestral organism featuring a pointed, cone-shaped shell. Indeed, 450 million years ago, some of the ocean's dominant predators were

This is the finding of a study led by the Centre for Research in Environmental Epidemiology (CREAL), which monitored 1,600 Spanish women and their children. Jordi Júlvez, the study coordinator, explains that the positive effects of high fish intake are evident by the age of five, with children displaying fewer symptoms on the autism spectrum scale. They found that the greatest benefit to children's cognitive development is linked to the consumption of large oily fish (such as bonito or tuna), followed by lean white fish (such as hake or
Riddle me this
I am the one that never sleeps, coming and going without ceasing; my dance will never bore you, whether near or far, you will always hold me dear. The answer is… The sea I have ink and I have a quill, and arms as well, yet I cannot write, for I never learned. The answer is… The squid Guess who I am: when I go, it looks like I'm coming, and when I come, it looks like I'm going. The answer is… The crab From sea to land and land to sea, it comes and goes; and the more torn it is, the fewer holes it has. The answer is… The fishing net Small and slender am I, set between two shells; unable to swim, I cling to the ocean rocks.
